mondayLAB
5:48 PM

You know how you'd
have handled it.

But in the moment itself, there was no room for that. It isn't about willpower, and it isn't about skill — what's missing is the moment you notice what's actually happening. And that moment can be trained. Together.

An ordinary week
What you know

Three moments from
an ordinary week.

Chances are at least one of them feels familiar.

9:14 AM

Someone says something. The reply comes instantly.

Only afterward does it land what was actually said.

2:03 PM

You agree, while inside there's a clear no.

The pressure felt worse than the pushback would have.

5:48 PM

You know how you'd have handled it.

But in the moment itself — there was no room.

It isn't about willpower.
What's missing is the moment you notice what's actually happening.

And that moment can be trained. Like any other skill.

Behind mondayLAB

“I know the 5:48 PM moment from the inside. Years in which I knew exactly what I felt, and still couldn't steer how I reacted. Only when I learned to catch it in the moment did something change. That's where my programs begin.”

Programs

Two levels.
One method.

One reaches wide, one goes deep — for the team and for leadership.

For employees

TEAM LAB

A program for entire teams. Self-awareness week by week inside everyday work, entirely on your own time, no mandatory meetings, no extra effort.

12 weeks·1 lesson per week·digital, license per seat
How a week works
1A short input on the platform: the week's theme, in a few minutes.
2One thing to notice during the day. It runs alongside your work, no extra effort.
3One reflection question to capture. That's all it takes.
Optional
+Q&A sessions, available as an add-on, when a team wants more exchange.

This is what the week's theme looks like. Every lesson sits ready on the platform — short, clear, grasped in a few minutes.
For leadership & key roles

SELFLEAD

An executive program. The same method as TEAM LAB, deepened for leadership: self-regulation week by week inside real leadership work, on your own time.

5 months·1 lesson per week·< 1 hr per week
How a week works
1Input. A short lesson on the platform: the mechanism behind the week's theme, in a few minutes.
2One thing to notice. A single, concrete thing to watch for during the day. No extra meeting — it runs alongside your work.
3Reflection. One question, a short note. Over the months, this builds your own picture of your patterns under pressure.

The modules build on each other, from pure awareness to testing it in everyday work.

Only in SELFLEAD
+1:1 sessions, personal reflection on your own patterns.
+Live elements: live talks and Q&A sessions within the cohort.

Before we measured

We suspected a gap — just not where most people look for it.

Not in recognizing what you feel. In steering it, when it counts. That's exactly where the program comes in.

We were right.

This group sees clearly — it just doesn't yet steer with the same steadiness.

Measured with validated instruments before the program — exactly the gap mondayLAB was built to close.

Example Example view of an open SELF Report.
This is how the change becomes visible. Every participant receives their own result as a SELF Report, on the same validated scales.

Had I known how much this format would help, I'd have done it during my peak in February — the very stretch when I had no time for anything.

Context

The problem
isn't a one-off.

Three numbers from current research. They show the scale of the issue.

72 %

cite mental overload as a reason for poor decisions.

McKinsey Health Institute, 2023

67 %

prefer evidence-based over generic development.

IMD & HSG, 2023

+38 %

growth in the field of “self-leadership & regulation.”

Haufe Learning Index, 2024

These numbers describe the market, not your team. That's what the baseline assessment is for.

Common questions

What you'll want to know.

mondayLAB is a neuropsychologically grounded training program for self-awareness and self-regulation in everyday work, developed by psychologist Carina Seyfried. There are two programs: TEAM LAB for entire teams and SELFLEAD for leaders and key roles. Outcomes are measured with validated instruments before and after the program.

Conventional development programs rely on methods and one-off impulses. mondayLAB starts one level earlier: with awareness in the moment itself. The work runs week by week inside real everyday work — not as a finite course. And instead of promises, there are measurable before-and-after results.

With two validated psychometric instruments that capture emotion regulation and cognitive flexibility. Both are taken at the start and at the end of the program. Each participant receives their own before-and-after as a SELF Report.

Less than an hour. A short input on the platform, one thing to notice that runs alongside your day, a reflection question. No extra meetings, no travel time. SELFLEAD additionally includes optional 1:1 sessions and live elements.

For organizations. TEAM LAB is for entire teams and employees (12 weeks, digital, no mandatory meetings). SELFLEAD is the executive program for leaders and key roles (5 months, with 1:1 sessions and live elements).

The reported finding comes from a standardized pre-program assessment using validated instruments; the assessment is ongoing. Quoted voices are shared with consent. The link between stress, reactivity and performance is documented in the scientific literature (incl. Wolff et al., 2021; Plieger & Reuter, 2020).
